We’re growing and looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist with a self-starter attitude and the ability to manage and coordinate projects for an existing customer base. You’ll be part of a team responsible for supporting multiple products and services for both corporate and dealer client projects. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for facilitating digital ad campaigns on various platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads, etc.), optimizing website SEO and SEM, and utilizing marketing automation/CRM software. You’ll also create forms and surveys for clients, as well as engage in media buying.

They also have a desire to learn quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, channel marketing environment. Attention to detail and working within deadlines and budgets are essential. Serious candidates with a minimum of 2 years of digital marketing and/or project management experience are encouraged to apply. Experience in equipment or distribution industries is a plus. Important Technical Requirements:
• Knowledge and understanding of print, video, web, SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Experience using online marketing strategies, platforms, and digital advertising/PPC.
o Google Ads, Meta Business (Facebook, Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
• Understanding of marketing automation and CRM applications and processes.
• Continuously improve SEO and SEM efforts.
• Experience with database management, reporting, and analytics, including Google Analytics.
• Maintain and improve tracking, reporting, and ROI across digital campaigns.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate, direct, and manage effectively.
• Ability to create relevant and effective surveys and forms.
• Understanding of media buying and requesting quotes for television, radio, print media, etc.
• Experience using Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and/or Adobe Creative software is a plus.
• HTML knowledge is a plus.

• 2 years digital marketing experience.
• Sense of ownership, teamwork, and dedication to providing great work to our clients.
• Ability and desire to build and maintain relationships with the internal team, clients, and vendors.
• Effective in meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple projects with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize accordingly, work within budgets, and pivot quickly.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proficient online/computer skills.
o Proficient in standard Microsoft Office Suite programs (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Use and continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
• Comfortable working in a small team environment with constant growth and change.
• Keep up to date with market trends, consumer preferences, digital regulations, SEO/SEM trends, and advancements in technology.
