Job Description:

A highly motivated and dynamic account coordinator with a self-starter ability to interact with all members of an account and/or project including internal sales, coordinator and creative teams; clients and their distribution channels; and vendors and contract partners. Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced channel marketing environment. Must have the ability to see the big picture as well as execute consistent, efficient and tactically effective marketing solutions, day-in and day-out. Minimum of 4-6 years of marketing experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • All necessary skills for accounts/projects including:
    • Print
    • Database
    • Web
    • Broadcast Media
    • Sales/Event Support
  • Coordination, management and scheduling of all jobs/orders from dealers or sales reps
  • Maintaining/updating account/project documents and production board (weekly)
  • Development of project briefs for copywriter/designer
  • Copywriting, editing and proofing as needed for project/account
  • Programs: QuickBooks, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Internet
Sales support includes but is not limited to:
  • Project/call scheduling
  • Materials fulfillment
  • Inbound/Outbound call support
