Job Description:

A part-time Lead Development Representative is responsible for prospecting, nurturing, qualifying and generating new sales opportunities from provided customer target lists. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new prospects for business clients. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Cold-call prospecting by phone and email in support of targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Updating and maintaining contact and account information within CRM system.
  • Getting through to decision makers, identifying interest and uncovering purchasing needs.
  • Ability to meet and/or exceed call activity and qualified lead quotas.
Qualifications:
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment with the drive to exceed project goals, while contributing to a successful team environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and proficient computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources effectively.
  • Experience within CRM software is preferred.
  • Telemarketing and/or inside sales experience is preferred.
Position Notes:
  • Training and minimal hours at office with flexible hours working from home.
  • We work together to match our needs with yours.
  • One week you could work 8 hours, the next you could work 12, depending on clients and call volume.
  • Summertime and school time flex scheduling available.
